About Portal

The Employee Service Profile Portal maintains the individual service record of each registered employee, including designation, present office, service entry, posting history, upgradation and transfer Government Orders, leave balances, training status and service documents. It is an internal service-record system and not a public information website.

Date of birth, blood group and residential address are treated as private information. They are never displayed publicly, are excluded from search-engine indexing, and are visible only after authentication to the employee concerned and to authorized administrators.

• Passwords are stored only as salted hashes by the authentication service.
• All record pages are protected routes requiring an active session.
• Row level security ensures an employee can read only their own record.
• Changing an identifier in the URL cannot expose another employee's profile.
• Administrative actions are recorded in an audit log.

This is a departmental employee service-record application. Content is maintained by authorized administrators. Logos, seals and official branding are displayed only when supplied by the administrator.
